Tanabe Concept G Catback Exhaust System Part # T80063 for the 2003 - 2007 Nissan 350Z
Tanabe Concept G Catback Exhaust System Part # T80063 for the 2003 - 2007 Nissan 350Z
70mm to dual 60mm piping with 100mm tips
CONCEPT G is an all new motorsports developed exhaust system that features high power benefits, while maintaining responsible sound levels.
Using the all new 'continuous strand' ADVANTEX packing material technology, CONCEPT G acheives extremely high levels of exhaust system efficiency, while maintaining a street driveable, extremely clean sound output that is under 93db.
This system requires no removeable silencer for under 93db operation at all rpms, and produces a unique, deep tone and rumble.
The full SUS304 stainless CONCEPT G is designed for optimal pipe routing as well as ground clearance. It's sporty appearance and angle-cut tip is ideal for the sports car & sport compact driver.
Engineered for sports car & sport compact performance.
Advantex Performance exhaust technology
Advantex is a highly advanced muffler packing material that greatly excels over other packing material types such as loose packed fiberglass mats and composite cube types. Advantex internal packing material allows the muffler to reduce sound more, with less material, while maintaining extremely high flow characteristics.
Highest Grade SUS304 Construction
Tanabe was one of the first Japanese aftermarket companies to create full SUS304 stainless steel exhaust systems many years ago. The highest grade SUS304 stainless is used on all systems for maximum durability, as well as lightweightedness. Our experience in developing SUS304 systems has allowed us to reach a high level of craftsmanship in this field.
Weight Reduction - 1.2mm Thinwall Piping
Specially engineered for use on our exhaust systems, a piping wall diameter of 1.2mm was developed, which allowed weight to be significantly reduced, while remaining durable for extended useage. The piping SUS304 piping also plays a role in sound output, as it reduces resonation and helps our systems produce their trademark low, deep tone.
Weight Reduction - Hollow Exhaust Hangar
Because every bit of weight savings is beneficial, exhaust hangars have hollow construction to reduce weight.
Weight Reduction - Pressed Flanges
Further weight reduction is acheived and utilizes through the use of pressed SUS304 exhaust flanges on portions of the exhaust system.
Straightest Form, Mandrel Bent
Minimizing bends is a goal of each custom built Tanabe exhaust system. The truest form is realized to minimize restrictions and maximize useable power gains. Where necessary, the piping is mandrel bent for improved exhaust flow characteristics.
